RingPresence standard
To clock in, the worker sends a phone ring to the RingPresence phone number assigned to the beginning of the working activity
To clock out, the worker sends a phone ring to the RingPresence phone number assigned to the end of the working activity
The system rejects all calls so that no call costs are charged
It is possible to enable the SMS reply to signal to the workers that the clocking has been received and to notify possible errors
To perform clocking in and out with causals different from the default one, it is possible to send a SMS instead of the phone ring specifying the causal.

RingPresence Prox
Ring Presence Prox adds the proximity guarantee that the worker is the predefined clock-in locations thanks to the use of the wireless terminal clocks of RingPresence.
Each Ring Presence terminal clock has its own phone number.
The clock-in/clock out is done through a phone ring to this number and pushing rapidly after the ring the button for in or out, according to the desidered clocking type.
The button pressing provides the guarantee that the worker is in the working location.
The caller phone number provides the guarantee of the worker identity.
The system refuses the call and the clock-in/clock-out has no costs for the final user.
The notification about the clocking corretness or possible errors is provided via the visual interface of the wireless terminal (led and display) and optionally via SMS.
To perform clocking with different causals with respect to the default one, it is possible to digit a code on Ring Presence clock keyboard.
